Our organization is committed to transparency, accountability, and strong governance. The Articles of Incorporation are the legal documents that created our organization as a nonprofit corporation. They establish our official name, purpose, and basic structure under state law.

The By-laws are our internal operating rules. They explain how the organization is governed, including the roles of the board, how decisions are made, and how meetings and elections work.

Form 990-N is the annual notice we file with the IRS. It confirms that our organization is active and reports basic information required to maintain our tax-exempt status.
