About Us

At Work Services Corporation (WSC), our mission extends beyond the workplace - we are committed to fostering a culture of compassion, resilience, and support. The ICARE Fund embodies this commitment. Rooted in our core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence, the ICARE Fund is a dedicated employee assistance initiative designed to provide timely financial support to WSC team members with disabilities facing unexpected personal hardships.

Whether it's a medical emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseen crisis, the ICARE Fund offers a helping hand when it's needed most. Funded through voluntary employee contributions, donations from the public, and corporate support, this program reflects the heart of our WSC family - where we lift each other up and stand together in times of need.

By contributing to or benefiting from the ICARE Fund, we strengthen the bonds that make WSC not just a workplace, but a community. 

The WSC ICARE Fund is a 501(c)(3) established to help provide relief to our employees with disabilities in times of unusual need. Due to the unique challenges and hardships that people with disabilities face—and because most of our employees are disabled —many of our team members encounter times of unusual need. As such, it is so important that the ICARE Fund provides financial support to keep food on the table, shelter over their heads, or provide treatments they need to survive. All ICARE support is coupled with counseling, budgeting support, and referrals to other community resources to help our team members build greater stability and well-being.

The WSC Board of Directors has committed to double matching all donations. That means for every $1 you contribute, they will make an additional donation of $2!
